ITAC Solutions is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support the integrations behind Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting for a global industrial organization. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to shape a new team and own the technology that keeps employees paid and connected.

In this position you will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio to deliver robust HCM integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday HCM integrations experience.
• 2+ years Workday integration types: EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• 2+ years creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 2+ years integrating systems with third-party vendors.
• Good working understanding of Workday security.
• Experience with document transformation (XSLT, XPath).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• Build and support HCM integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Provide production support and respond quickly to incidents
• Write test cases and peer review fellow developers' code
• Document each phase of the development lifecycle
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors

Compensation

• Up to $132,000, depending on experience
