Cognizant is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant - AMS to provide ongoing post-production support, maintenance, and optimisation of Workday HCM solutions within a managed services environment across multiple client engagements. The role suits someone with Workday HCM knowledge who enjoys solving business challenges, supporting end users, and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver operational excellence and ensure solutions align with Workday best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of Workday HCM experience in AMS or support environments.
• Active Workday HCM Certification preferred.
• Experience across core HCM modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production Workday HCM support across multiple client engagements.
• Handle incidents, service requests, enhancements and problem resolution.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM issues.
• Configure and maintain Workday processes, security and organisational structures.
• Assist with testing and validation during releases.
