Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Payroll experience in implementation, support, or AMS environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and testing Workday payroll solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production Workday Payroll support across multiple client engagements.
• Handle incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem resolution in AMS.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and implement Workday Payroll solutions.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement long-term fixes.
• Configure and maintain payroll functionality, earnings, deductions, and payroll calculations.
• Support payroll processing, testing, and validation activities.
• Assist customers through Workday releases by testing changes and assessing impacts.
• Track issues and service requests, escalating as needed with clear status updates.
• Work with HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations teams to deliver payroll solutions.
