W6 Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Analyst/Consultant to join its internal HR technology team on a permanent basis. The role is London-based with hybrid working and involves hands-on Workday configuration, system enhancements and close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

You will support, optimise and extend the Workday platform, manage releases, testing and upgrades, and contribute to ongoing projects to improve business processes across

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and/or other modules such as Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits.
• Ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions and engage with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support, maintain and enhance the Workday HCM platform across the organisation.
• Undertake hands-on Workday configuration and ongoing optimisation.
• Work with HR, IT and stakeholders to deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Support Workday releases, testing and upgrades.
• Contribute to broader Workday projects as required.
