Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is partnering with an international brand to appoint a Workday Specialist based in London on a hybrid basis. You will lead Workday across International HR, govern data, support enhancements, and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations.

The role requires a SME with payroll connector experience and strong HR process knowledge. You will manage configurations, collaborate with Global HRIS, and drive governance, reporting, and training for global Workday users.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Workday operations.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Experience with payroll connector.
• International experience with multiple entities.

Responsibilities

Monday - Friday

Henderson Brown are partnered with an Internation brand who are looking for a Workday Specialist. To act as the Workday Lead to support the business across a number of different entities and across a number of different countries. The role will also include management, governance, reporting, training and continuous improvement of Workday.

This is a business critical hire as you will act as the key point of contract for Workday related activities and act as the subject matter expert. The role is located in London, Greater London and will be on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities Workday Specialist

• Strong knowledge of data governance and GDPR principles.
• Must be a commutable distances from London, Greater London.
