Royal Society of Chemistry is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to support and stabilise the Workday environment. You will work across configuration, reporting, testing and stakeholder support on live, high-impact projects.
You will engage with the Workday-Adaptive integration, recruitment optimisation and HR data stewardship, attending the office as required and coordinating with the People & Culture systems team to deliver reliable services.
Circa: The Royal Society of Chemistry is looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant for 6 months to support our Workday system as we continue to develop and stabilise our HR technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work on live, high-impact projects including our Workday-Adaptive integration and recruitment optimisation initiatives. About the role You\'ll be a key member of our People & Culture systems team, providing hands-on Workday expertise across configuration, reporting, testing and stakeholder support. You\'ll help us make the most of our HR data and ensure our Workday environment continues to evolve to meet business needs.
