Frazer Jones is partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst for a 12‑month maternity cover focused on Workday.

The role is hands‑on, owning Workday configuration and reporting across modules, with two days per week based in Gloucestershire or South Wales and the remainder remote. A collaborative HRIS team will support your delivery of practical, end‑to‑end solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience with configuration and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• A collaborative team player oriented to delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of Workday modules.
• Lead configuration across projects from requirements through testing and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality and end-user adoption.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Provide Workday expertise and best-practice guidance to the HR team.
