Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst for a 12‑month maternity cover focused on Workday.

The role is hands‑on, owning Workday configuration and reporting across modules, with two days per week based in Gloucestershire or South Wales and the remainder remote. A collaborative HRIS team will support your delivery of practical, end‑to‑end solutions.

We’re partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a highly collaborative and supportive HRIS team for a 12-month maternity cover.

This is a hands‑on Workday role, taking technical ownership across multiple areas of the platform and working closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions that improve usability, efficiency and employee experience.

The role

• Own the configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of key Workday modules.
• Lead configuration across projects from requirements gathering and analysis through to testing and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality and end‑user adoption.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and solve system challenges.
• Provide Workday expertise, guidance and best‑practice support across the wider HR team.

About you

• Strong Workday experience is essential, including hands‑on configuration and reporting.
• Advance excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A strong team player, who is highly collaborative and comfortable working together towards objectives.
