Frazer Jones is partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a hands-on Workday role with technical ownership across modules and close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions that improve usability and employee experience.

The role involves configuring and maintaining Workday, leading configuration across projects, and identifying process improvements.

Formación

• Hands-on Workday configuration and reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of key Workday modules.
• Lead configuration across projects from requirements gathering and analysis through to testing and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality and end-user adoption.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and solve system challenges.
• Provide Workday expertise, guidance and best-practice support across the wider HR team.
