Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion group, is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. The role collaborates with HR and business partners to ensure data accuracy, implement enhancements, and deliver reports on Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, and Talent modules.

You will configure, test, and maintain Workday processes, lead requirements sessions, and help drive system improvements while upholding data confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience including configuration and system support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform.
• Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to support evolving business needs.
• Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners.
• Manage and deliver configuration requests, building strong relationships with stakeholders across brands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as needed.
• Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, EIBs, and transaction support.
• Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements.
• Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA.
