Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the Workday HCM platform across EMEA from London or Milan. You will configure and test system changes, maintain business processes, lead requirements sessions with HR, and deliver reporting to stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-brand environment.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong HR process knowledge, and proficiency in reporting and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with configuration and system support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and implement Workday HCM changes and enhancements.
• Lead requirements gathering with HR and business partners.
• Develop and deliver reporting requests for stakeholders.
• Support HRIS projects and ensure data accuracy across regions.
