Job summary

Primark is seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to join a global HR transformation programme. You will bridge HR and Technology, enhancing, optimising, and delivering Workday capabilities across markets.

The role requires strong Workday functional expertise across HR processes and technical/product-oriented domains, collaborating with HR, Technology, and partners to define requirements and ensure scalable Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday Business Analyst in HR transformations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Workday modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Core HCM).
• Experience spanning HR and technical Workday domains (Security, Integrations, Reporting, Data Governance, Data Masking).
• Excellent requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Workday initiatives.
• Define and optimise HR processes including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Core HCM.
• Analyse current and future-state processes and standardise where possible.
• Produce requirements docs, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Work across Security, Integrations, Reporting, Data Governance, and Data Masking.
• Support solution design and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology and vendors to deliver enhancements.
• Support testing, defect management and change readiness activities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across global and local teams.
