Job summary

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join our HR department in London or Bristol. This hands-on role manages Workday configuration, supports integrations, and helps optimise reporting and data quality across HR processes.

You will work closely with HR and IT teams to maintain the Workday roadmap, coordinate releases, and deliver continuous improvements in automation and analytics. A strong Workday background and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the administration, configuration and support of HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong technical systems knowledge, ideally of Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience of HR systems optimisation, implementation projects and/or delivering system enhancements.
• Strong technical skills.
• Workday HCM certification is desirable.
• Solution and improvement oriented.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality.
