Job summary

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join our HR team in London or Bristol. This role is hands-on, maintaining and optimising Workday to ensure data integrity, robust reporting, and streamlined processes.

You will own day-to-day configuration, manage integrations (including Elite 3E), support biannual Workday releases, and help drive the HR systems roadmap with HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR systems administration, configuration and support.
• Strong technical systems knowledge, ideally Workday.
• Ability to translate HR processes into effective system solutions.
• Experience with HR systems optimisation and enhancements.
• Workday HCM certification is desirable.
• Excellent data quality and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day maintenance and configuration of Workday.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support to HR colleagues.
• Manage Workday integrations, including Elite 3E interfaces.
• Assist with Workday biannual releases and testing.
• Contribute to HR systems roadmap and process improvements.
• Advise HR stakeholders on best practices and HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Engage with Workday Community to stay updated.
