Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a resilient HR Systems Analyst to join on a 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to support and develop our Workday HR system. You will gain hands-on experience in HR systems administration, data management, reporting, testing and process improvement, collaborating with HR, Finance and IT.

Prior Workday experience is advantageous but not essential, with a strong interest in HR systems and detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP/HCM configuration and HR data handling.
• Attention to detail with data accuracy and communication.
• Understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Workday System Administration and Support for Workday HCM.
• HR Data Management and Reporting to ensure data integrity.
• HR Process Improvement and project involvement for HR tech.
• Stakeholder collaboration with HR, Finance and IT.
