Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute in London is seeking a resilient HR Systems Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to join a collaborative People team and support Workday HCM.

You will manage Workday administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement, working with HR, Finance and IT to deliver accurate employee data.

Experience with Workday is desirable; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ERP configuration across Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data; strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR best practices and core HR processes such as employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
• Confidence using Excel and working with data, spreadsheets and reports.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules or processes (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Workday System Administration and Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Workday HCM platform, responding to queries and resolving issues raised by People team colleagues, end users and managers.
• HR Data Management and Reporting: Support the accuracy, integrity and consistency of worker data within Workday; run regular data audits and validation checks.
• HR Process Improvement: Work with HR teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Workday; contribute to projects involving new Workday functionality.
• Stakeholder Support and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external support partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
