We are looking for a resilient HR Systems Analyst who is eager to learn and develop their career in HR systems. Joining us on a 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), you will become part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting and developing our Workday HR system. Whilst previous experience of Workday would be advantageous, it is not essential. What is more important is a genuine interest in HR systems, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn how technology can improve HR processes and services. Working closely with colleagues across HR, Finance and IT, you will gain hands on experience in HR systems administration, data management, reporting, testing and process improvement. You will help maintain accurate employee data, support system configuration activities, assist with troubleshooting and testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience for managers and employees. This role would be ideal for someone currently working in HR, or in a similar role in another field who enjoys working with systems, data and processes, has a good foundation of HR knowledge, and is looking to take the next step towards a specialist career in HR systems.
