Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute Ltd is seeking a resilient HR Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will administer and develop the Workday HR system, manage data quality, run reports and support process improvements in collaboration with HR, Finance and IT.

Experience in ERP/HCM configurations and strong data skills are essential, with Workday experience desirable. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits in a vibrant research environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP/HR modules configuration.
• Attention to data quality and accuracy in HR data.
• Understanding HR lifecycle and core processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and HR data reporting.
• Workday HCM experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday system administration and support for the HR team.
• Maintain Workday business processes and organisational structures.
• Manage HR data accuracy, audits and reporting.
• Support process improvements and new Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to implement solutions.
