The Francis Crick Institute in London is seeking a resilient HR Systems Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover. You will join a collaborative People team and manage Workday HR data, processes and reporting to support HR services.

The role focuses on Workday system administration, data validation, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration across HR, Finance and IT. Previous Workday experience is advantageous but not essential, with a strong appetite to learn.

• Experience in ERP configuration across HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
