Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking an HR Systems Analyst on a 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). You will support and develop the Workday HR system, focusing on data management, reporting and system configuration to improve HR processes.

You'll work closely with HR, Finance and IT, gaining hands-on experience in HR systems administration and process improvement while maintaining accurate employee data and delivering user-friendly solutions for managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring ERP systems across Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday HCM support and issue resolution.
• Maintain Workday data and business processes.
• Support data audits and reporting for HR.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
