Job summary

The Francis Crick Institute in London is seeking a resilient HR Systems Analyst for a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover. You will join a collaborative team supporting and developing the Workday HR system, with emphasis on data management, configuration, testing and process improvement.

Experience in Workday is advantageous but not essential; we value attention to detail and a genuine interest in HR systems, with opportunities to grow within HR technology and collaborate with HR, Finance and IT

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ERP configuration across Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with data.
• Experience with Excel and data reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Workday HCM platform and resolve issues.
• Maintain Workday business processes and organizational structures.
• Run data audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
