Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Greater London. You will design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards, develop calculated fields, and lead structured upskilling sessions for the Human Capital Group to achieve self-sufficiency.

You’ll mentor colleagues, validate data, and ensure privacy and governance in all reporting outputs. Strong Excel and Workday knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience authoring advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring colleagues on Workday reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, business objects, data sources, and security models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and audit testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into user guidance and documentation.
• Commitment to data confidentiality, integrity, and privacy standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
• Develop complex calculated fields and data sources for HR insights.
• Lead structured training and enablement sessions for the HCG team to create and run reports.
• Provide hands-on coaching and drop-in support to build team self-sufficiency.
• Create and maintain user-friendly process documentation, job aids, and report inventories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and audit testing to ensure accuracy and governance compliance.
• Ensure reporting solutions adhere to data privacy and Workday security protocols.
