Job summary

You will lead structured training sessions, develop reference materials, and ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards while collaborating with HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring colleagues on Workday reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, business objects, data sources, and security models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and audit testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex calculated fields and data sources for HR insights.
• Deliver structured training to upskill colleagues in creating and running Workday reports.
• Provide coaching and practical walkthroughs to build team self-sufficiency.
• Create comprehensive process documentation and report inventories.
