Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Workday HR Reporting Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to design, build and optimize Workday reports and dashboards for the Human Capital Group.

You will collaborate with the Analytics Lead and HR teams to deliver targeted insights that support people decisions. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience authoring advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Experience delivering technical training on Workday reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, business objects, data sources, and security models.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a focus on data privacy.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Develop complex calculated fields, data sources, and multi-dimensional reporting.
• Develop and deliver a structured training and enablement program to upskill colleagues.
• Provide hands-on coaching and practical walkthroughs to build team self-sufficiency.
• Create comprehensive, user-friendly process documentation and report inventories.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.
• Perform rigorous data validation and audit testing to ensure accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Ensure reporting solutions adhere to data privacy regulations and Workday security protocols.
