Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Workday HR Reporting Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design, build, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards, develop calculated fields, and enable HCG colleagues through structured training programs.

This hands-on role also involves creating comprehensive documentation and ensuring data governance compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience authoring advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Experience delivering technical training or mentoring colleagues on Workday reporting.
Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, business objects, data sources, and security group models.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and audit testing.

Responsibilities

Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
Develop complex calculated fields and data sources for HR insights.
Deliver structured training to upskill colleagues in Workday reporting.
Provide coaching and practical walkthroughs to build team self-sufficiency.
Document processes, job aids, and report inventories.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards in all reports.
