Nuffield Health is seeking an Associate Technology Application Manager in Epsom to join the HR Application Support team. The role focuses on Workday HCM support, end-user training, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM applications.
Provide day-to-day end-user support and training for HR systems.
Develop configuration skills for Workday with guidance from seniors.
Continuously improve data quality and automate business processes where possible.
Strong communication to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other HR applications.
End user support, training, and potential out-of-hours support.
Participate in community of practice; understand application design and SDLC.
Develop configuration skills for Workday HCM; deliver non-complex configurations with support.
Identify areas for improvement across processes, data, and training, including automation.
Communicate effectively to colleagues and stakeholders; influence HR teams.
