Job summary

Nuffield Health Group is seeking a candidate to provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and related HR applications, including end-user training and incident management.

The role involves collaborating with a community of practice to understand application design and the software development lifecycle, while developing non-complex configuration skills with guidance from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR applications (Workday HCM) and end-user support.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with application design and SDLC concepts.
• Willingness to work out-of-hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other key HR applications, including end-user support and training.
• Participate in community of practice and understand application design, management, and SDLC.
• Develop configuration skills for Workday HCM, delivering non-complex configurations with senior support.
• Identify areas for improvement across processes, automation, data feeds and data quality.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to build relationships.
• Influence HR teams and managers and be prepared to challenge and be challenged.
• Manage incidents to restore service quickly with minimal disruption.
