You will configure and optimise Workday Payroll, provide Tier 1 and 2 support, and collaborate with HR and People Systems teams. This hands-on role focuses on improving payroll processes and resolving payroll-related issues.

We are recruiting for an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Midlands.

This is a hands‑on Workday Payroll position, responsible for configuration, optimisation and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across the Payroll function.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Workday Payroll configuration and optimisation
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Manage and support Workday Payroll business processes
• Investigate and resolve system and payroll‑related issues
