JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Workday HCM specialist to join a lean, high-impact systems team in Warwick. You will own a full Workday HCM stack across HR, absence, onboarding, talent and more, with autonomy from requirements through deployment.

This role demands breadth across multiple modules, not a single focus. You’ll lead end-to-end system changes, support live integrations and M&A work, and partner with HR, IT and third-party teams to drive platform investment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring, administering and supporting Workday HCM modules.
• Breadth across 3+ Workday modules with ability to own end-to-end changes.
• Experience handling data loads, reporting and governance for audit readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, administer and optimise a full Workday HCM suite (HR, absence, onboarding, talent, time tracking, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end system changes: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and deployment.
• Support live integrations and M&A projects, onboarding large employee populations.
