Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Workday Analyst - HCM to join the Workday Support Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role can be based in Sunderland or London and operates on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the office.

You will act as a trusted partner to HR and stakeholders, shaping how Workday supports our organisation and delivering value through HCM, recruiting and reporting capabilities. Strong relationship-building and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience in a post-go-live environment.
• Experience supporting and optimising Workday business processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into practical Workday solutions.
• Experience working in multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Reporting.
• Build relationships and drive adoption of standardised processes across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and automate processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Support Workday configuration changes, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase Workday capabilities.
