Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our international Workday team in London. You will drive end-to-end HR transformations, deliver cloud-based Workday solutions, and partner with global clients on strategy and implementation.

You will lead workshops, manage diverse teams, and apply best practices across HCM and Compensation domains. The role offers global mobility and extensive training opportunities within a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English and German

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams independently and report progress.
• Collaborate with clients on leading practices in HCM, Compensation and Benefits.
• Host workshops and drive discussions with stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
