Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to guide clients through end-to-end Workday HCM and compensation transformations. You will collaborate with global teams, lead workstreams, and drive innovative approaches in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll participate in workshops, mentor colleagues, and ensure delivery excellence across international client engagements, leveraging Accenture’s AI-enabled accelerators.

Qualifications

• Experience leading End-to-End Workday HCM & Compensation initiatives.
• Proven Workday HCM and Compensation implementation expertise.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and report progress independently.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on HCM/Compensation topics.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, Accenture, and Workday teams to exceed expectations.
• Drive innovative methods and assets for client engagements.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver large-scale Workday projects.
