Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant to partner with global clients on HCM, Compensation and Benefits transformations. You will design and deliver cloud-based HR solutions, lead workstreams, and run workshops across multiple international locations.

The role requires strong English and German communication, prior Workday experience, and flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discussions aligned with HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits.
• Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and Workday methodologies.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
