Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager to join a team delivering cloud-based HR solutions for leading global clients. You will lead advisory work, apply Workday methodologies, and support workshops with client stakeholders across multiple European locations.

You will help clients maximize their Workday investment, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and contribute to AI-enabled Workday assets and practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Supporting workshops and discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Talent & Performance
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
