Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience for this position.

You will need a decent laptop or computer, a call centre-type headset with a microphone, and a reliable broadband connection to start this role.

A Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate individuals to join the team.

This job is work from home indefinitely. You must have your own modern Windows computer, a USB headset with a microphone, and a broadband connection with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

The role involves good communication skills on the phone, with recent outbound telesales or fundraising experience. A passion for charity work and the ability to operate a computer and input data are essential.

There will be a telephone interview, including a script-based roleplay or pretend call, and weekly remote training sessions via Zoom. The training pay (for the first 14 hours over two days) is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

The working hours are 8 hours per day (7 hours paid), Monday to Friday, between 12:00-20:00, with one Saturday shift from 10:30-18:30. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week.

The pay rate is £12.35 per hour, which can increase to £12.70 and then £13.05 with consistent target achievement and good OTE commission opportunities. During training/graduation, the pay rate is £12.21 per hour (typically for the first two weeks, depending on performance).

The target is 15 sign-ups per week. Hitting this target earns an extra £2 per hour (on-target base rate). Any sign-ups beyond 15 per week are paid at £17.50 each.
