Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience for this position.

Requirements include a decent laptop or computer, a USB headset with a microphone, and a reliable broadband connection.

About the Role

This is a work-from-home position with an expanding Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre. You will need a modern Windows computer, a USB headset, and broadband with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

The role requires good communication skills, recent outbound telesales or fundraising experience, and a passion for charity work. You should be comfortable working with computers and inputting data.

Training and Work Schedule

Training includes a telephone interview, script-based roleplay, and weekly remote sessions via Zoom. The initial training pay, covering 14 hours over two days, is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

The work schedule is 8 hours per day (7 hours paid), Monday to Friday, between 12:00-20:00, with one Saturday shift (10:30-18:30). If you work Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

Compensation and Targets

The base pay is £12.35 per hour, increasing to £12.70 and then £13.05 with consistent target achievement and good OTE commissions. During training, pay is £12.21 per hour.

The target is 15 sign-ups per week. Achieving this earns an extra £2 per hour. Each additional sign-up beyond the target pays £17.50.
