Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience for this position.

You will need a decent laptop or computer and a call centre-type headset with a microphone to commence this position, along with a reliable broadband connection.

Job Details

A Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate individuals to join the team.

This role is work from home indefinitely. You will need your own modern Windows computer, a USB headset with a microphone, and a broadband connection with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

Training and Interview Process

There will be a telephone interview, including a script-based roleplay. Weekly remote training sessions are held via Zoom. The initial training pay, covering 14 hours over the first two days, is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

Working Hours and Compensation

The role involves an 8-hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00-20:00, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift from 10:30-18:30. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week.

The base pay is £12.35 per hour. Consistent target achievement can increase the rate to £12.70 and then to £13.05 per hour, with additional OTE commission opportunities. During training, the pay rate is £12.21 per hour, typically for the first two weeks depending on performance.

Performance Targets and Bonuses

The weekly target is 15 sign-ups. Hitting this target earns an extra £2 per hour. Any sign-ups beyond 15 are paid at £17.50 each.
