Job Overview

We are seeking a Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. The ideal candidate will have recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience.

Requirements include a decent Windows computer, a USB headset with microphone, and a broadband connection with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

About the Role

This position is based with a Bristol-based charity call centre that is expanding. The role is permanently remote, requiring good communication skills, a passion for charity work, and proficiency in computer use.

Training involves weekly remote sessions on Zoom, including a script-based roleplay. The initial training pay, for the first 14 hours over two days, is withheld until 120 hours of service are completed.

Work Schedule

Work hours are 8 hours per day (7 paid), Monday to Friday, between 12:00-20:00, with one Saturday shift from 10:30-18:30. If working Saturday, a day off during the week is provided.

Compensation

The base pay is £12.35 per hour, increasing to £12.70 and then £13.05 with consistent target achievement and good OTE commissions. During training, pay is £12.21 per hour, depending on performance.

The target is 15 sign-ups per week. Achieving this earns an extra £2 per hour, and each additional sign-up beyond the target pays £17.50.
