Work From Home / Remote Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Caller

This is an entry-level, full-time position in the marketing services industry, focused on outbound telesales and fundraising for a Bristol-based charity call centre.

Requirements

• Recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience.
• Own a decent Windows computer and a USB headset with microphone.
• Reliable broadband connection with upload speeds above 8 Mbps and download speeds above 25 Mbps.

Job Details

The role involves working 8 hours a day (7 paid hours), Monday to Friday, between 12:00-20:00, with one Saturday shift (10:30-18:30). In return, you can take a day off during the week if you work Saturday.

The pay rate is £12.35 per hour, increasing to £12.70 and then £13.05 with consistent target achievement and commission opportunities. During training, the pay is £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to promote and secure sign-ups for charity initiatives.
• Achieving a target of 15 sign-ups per week, with extra earnings for exceeding targets.
• Participating in weekly remote training sessions via Zoom.
