Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Work Experience Officer HPS to support industry partnerships and drive work placement opportunities across London campuses. The role focuses on securing large volumes of work experience and T-Level placements, networking with employers and coordinating initiatives to bridge education and industry.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of learners, liaise with staff and external stakeholders, and contribute to safeguarding and health & safety

Qualifications

• Experience in industry engagement or business development is beneficial.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry for work placements and T-level opportunities.
• Source large volumes of work experience placements and coordinate initiatives.
• Achieve targets for learner placements and provide 1:1 reviews as needed.
