The role focuses on wellbeing, engagement and successful learner outcomes, with collaboration across curriculum teams and external employers.

You will lead a proactive Work Experience team, ensuring suitable placements and robust employer partnerships to enhance student employability and progression at a large London FE college.

• Experience leading a Work Experience/industry placement service.
• Proven ability to place learners with aspirational employers.
• Collaborates with curriculum teams to support learner experiences.
• Strong employer engagement to build partnerships.

• Manage part of the work experience team across college sites.
• Ensure learners complete planned work hours with quality placements.
• Develop and maintain employer partnerships.
