Job summary

Capital City College in London seeks a Work Experience Officer HPS to drive work placements and industry links across multiple sites. You will build partnerships with employers to source valuable experience for students and support progression into further study or employment.

Manage a large learner caseload, track placement targets, and coordinate with tutors to integrate work-based learning into the curriculum. DBS check is required for this role.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience developing partnerships with industry or education providers.
• Proven ability to support learners and drive career development.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at events/open days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships to source work placements.
• Coordinate work experience and T‑level placements at scale.
• Lead outreach and relationship-building with industry partners.
• Support learners with targeted reviews and progression targets.
