Capital City College (CCC) is seeking a skilled Work Experience Manager to oversee learner work experience and industry placements across multiple college sites in London. The role centers on ensuring student wellbeing, engagement, and success while driving partnership work with employers and curriculum teams.

The post holder will lead a proactive Work Experience team, collaborate with curriculum colleagues, and help shape learners’ career prospects through high-quality placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learner work experience and industry placement services.
• Ability to manage a Work Experience team across college sites.
• Ability to build partnerships with external organisations and employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of the learner work experience and industry placement service through a proactive Work Experience team.
• Ensure learners complete planned hours in exciting settings with aspirational employers.
• Ensure the Work Experience team finds suitable placements for all in-scope learners.
• Provide advice to the Head of Work Experience to achieve management aims and targets.
• Collaborate with curriculum on work experience and placement plans to support positive learner experiences.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations and employers to improve student employability.
