Job summary

Shepherd and Wedderburn in Edinburgh is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join our team, focusing on producing and formatting complex Word documents to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with PAs and the Training Team to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.

You will help maintain the Word house style templates, contribute to document automation initiatives, and continually learn new technologies to support firm-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Word skills with experience in formatting complex documents
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Experience in document production or technical document work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
