Job summary

Clyde & Co in Glasgow is seeking a Document Production Specialist to deliver high-quality document production support for our legal and business services teams. You will create, format, edit and manage complex documents to tight deadlines while upholding accuracy and client service.

The role also involves supporting workflow coordination, ensuring efficient service delivery, and working with tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, iManage and PDF workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Document Production role within a professional services environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• Experience editing, formatting and producing complex documents and presentations to a high standard.
• Strong PDF manipulation skills, including the creation and management of document bundles.
• Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools.
• Strong working knowledge of iManage.
• Familiarity with Visual Files 2 and EveryFile would be advantageous.
