Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Co-Ordinator to join our Women's Services team. You will help ensure clinics run smoothly, book appointments, and provide a welcoming service to patients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Capable of coordinating appointments within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Book and advise patients of appointment following agreed protocols.
• Ensure lists are booked to full capacity as per agreed template, making suggestions for adjustments to meet clinic demand.
• Assist in the production of waiting time statistics.
• First port of call for appointment queries, escalate complaints to appropriate manager as required.
• Complete all required documentation and computer records.
