Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Wirral is seeking a Clinic Clerk to join our Women's Services administration team. You will help manage clinics, greet patients, schedule appointments, and ensure a professional, welcoming service throughout their journey.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work confidently on your own initiative as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Arrange booking, reception and follow-up of out-patients for clinicians.
• Complete all required documentation and computer records.
• Deal with clinic difficulties and refer to a higher level when needed.
• Refer letters to consultant/clinician for further advice.
• Book and advise patients of appointments using Trust booking protocols.
• Ensure clinics are booked to full capacity per schedule.
• Suggest modifications to improve clinic operations based on demand.
