Rexel UK is seeking a System & Process Administrator to join our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. You will support day-to-day WMS administration, maintain data accuracy, and help the operation run efficiently. The role involves problem solving, data work and collaborating with the broader team.

This Monday–Friday PM shift (14:00–22:30) offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements, SOP maintenance and upgrade testing while supporting frontline warehouse users.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to maintain data accuracy across item master and locations.
• Experience logging and tracking system issues with support teams.
• Able to generate regular operational and system reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of the WMS and other systems.
• Maintain item master data and warehouse locations.
• Monitor stock synchronisation across systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide first-line support to warehouse users.
• Log and escalate system issues to the proper teams.
• Produce regular operational and system reports.
• Assist with root cause investigations and testing of upgrades.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the wider operations team.

Job description

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data accuracy, resolving system issues, and helping our warehouse operation run efficiently and effectively.,

• Support the administration and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational systems.
• Maintain item master data and warehouse location records to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor stock synchronisation across systems and identify discrepancies for investigation.
• Provide first-line support to warehouse users, resolving routine system and process queries.
• Log, track and escalation system issues to appropriate support teams.
• Produce regular operational and system reports, highlighting exceptions and errors.
• Assist with root cause investigations into system and process issues.
• Support testing and implementation of system upgrades, changes and new processes.
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, system performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the wider operational team as required.
