Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member at Hardwick Hall, Chesterfield, to support the opening of Wintertide. You’ll welcome visitors, present the Hall’s story and keep installations looking their best while working within a small, busy team during December.

The role is a zero-hour, Sunday-Thursday and Friday-Saturday pattern with late shifts; adaptability and a passion for great service are essential, as is compliance with UK eligibility and safeguarding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the Wintertide experience and share stories about the Hall and its collections.
• Help deliver an exceptional visitor experience and keep displays looking their best.
• Assist with practical upkeep of the Wintertide installations behind the scenes.
