National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member at Polesden Lacey in Surrey to support visitor operations, particularly at weekends and school holidays. You will help meet targets, resolve issues, and deliver friendly service across locations, often at short notice, within a busy reception environment.

You will mainly work at the visitor reception, handling till transactions, promoting membership, and assisting in occasional car park or event support. A positive, flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a busy environment.
• Willing to work at weekends and school holidays.
• Able to operate a till and handle customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Work in Visitor Reception handling queries and till duties.
